I reached out to Danny and asked for a quote. Within two days I had my quote and gave him the okay to start. I asked them to wrap my post and headers on my front and back porch. They started right away within a couple of days. The actual work that was done was great. The work was done well and looks fantastic. The only 2 complaints I have was they hung up a flag pole bracket up on my post and I asked them not to. The second complaint is when they attached the conduit back up the placed it on bottom of header board and not side to make it less noticeable. However after complaining about these two issues they did correct both of them. HOWEVER my biggest complaint is that I have to fight them to come back and finish cleaning up. I was asked to send pictures so I sent many pictures to show everything. They left metal clippings, cigarette butts, pieces of wood (trim pieces) metal shavings all over my porch and in my bushes and grass. Also, white caulk all over both of my porches. They did try to clean the caulk off my front porch but when they did they remove the stain from my porch. When I spoke to them on the phone, I was told it is impossible to clean everything and all I need to do was remove the much and replace it and if I has left over stain then I could just go over the spots on the porch. When they return to clean up upon my request they did do a good job and it looked like it should of when they finished. hey refused to take any responsibility for the stain begin removed from my front porch. I was told it was grey paint. There was a little bit of truth to that as I had a few spots under my front porch swing where the grey had dripped on the floor. This was not the case for the rest of my porch including in front of my door. After all of this, they waited until after the work was done and told me I had to pay with cash or check. No where on the quote did it state they would not take a credit card. HIGHTLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have NUMEROUS pictures of the wood, metal, cigarettes butts, caulk and debris left for me to clean up. In addition, I have pictures of my porch with the caulk and with stain removed once they tried to wipe it off the floor.
