This company is a fraud. The website is still up as of today 1/4/23. I placed an order in December and have received no word of it. Their phone plays an outdated recording about being closed in June for inventory. You can’t leave a message. They don’t answer emails. I wonder how many thousands of dollars they are collecting with no intention of delivering products. Whoever is behind all this should be in prison.Review from Cynthia D

I ordered a $600.00 engraved 6" tray in early November with three lines of engraving. I emailed four times and called over 10 times. Now the voicemail indicatetes that they will be doing inventory in June and will be closed!!!!!!!!! This is absolutey the worst! In just checking google, I saw that the business is closed!!!!Review from William L

It’s August 4 2022. I placed my order online on July 7, 2022. Since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. On their online account system, they still describe the order as “pending”. I wrote an email on July 11 asking for a status update. Have heard nothing. On top of that, their telephone line has been unavailable every time I have called during the last two months. This is feeling increasingly like a scam.Review from MARILYNN R

I purchased an engraved bowl via the internet. Product was of a lesser value than presented and the engraving was awful. I never received a receipt for the product. Nor a confirmation email. I have tried to contact Silver Gallery via phone and it is disconnected.

Ms. **** ordered an item from our website on the evening of 4/7/22. There was a comment with the order saying that it needed to be delivered by 4/15. We engraved and shipped the exact item ordered on 4/13 and it was delivered on 4/14. An order invoice was enclosed in the box with the item. There is no other correspondence from this customer regarding this order whatsoever. Receiving this review was a disheartening surprise. If you would like to send back the Revere bowl, we will replace it or refund the money paid for the item. Our phone system is having issues due to the transfer of numbers, but that is noted on the front page of the website. An email to us regarding any of these issues would have taken care of this. We are a small company and extremely understaffed at this time, but we've also been doing this for 20 years, so it is important to address these types of concerns. I'm truly sorry that your item was not what you expected.
