I've owned my Volvo for over 10 years now and have been to several mechanics and now that I've found Hartsel's, I will never go anywhere else. They are the most knowledgeable shop I've even been to and they will always go out of their way to help their customers.

In my personal opinion, it's hard to find an automotive service provider that will be up-front and honest with you, fix what should be fixed in a timely manner, and not want to gouge your wallet when it's over. These guys are Fantastic. The owners of Hartsel Auto have been satisfying customers for more than 40 years. Even though they specialize in Volvo's, they also service other makes and models. I brought them my 2009 Volvo XC70, and they did a complete engine swap for a fair price. They have earned my respect and confidence for all my future issues that may arise.Hartsel Auto Shop Response
