I purchased a car from them in April or May of last year. I paid over $10000 for the car and purchased the 3month warranty. 2 months into having the car the steering wheel column locked and I can’t drive it. It cost me $1689.19 to have it fixed and then they said they couldn’t fix it and I needed to have it towed to the Volvo dealership. Warranty did pay for towing but nothing else. 3 months later the power steering pump went went bad according to the Volvo dealership and they wanted $1621.56 to fix it don’t have the money so I had someone else put the pump in but the the brake lines and the power steering hose is leaking and not able to drive. It will cost me over $500 to have someone to fix those issues. I used all the money I had to purchase it. I went with this company cause it carried the Subaru name and I thought it stood for something but I have been putting money into this car since I purchased it. And I haven’t had the car for a year yet. It’s not fair for big companies to screw over the little man ( in my case single mother trying to make a living) It has caused me so much mental stress and anxiety. I barely could get someone to help me with it cause I don’t know what to do. But this last thing with the brake line going out is the last straw. Why would you sale a car if it can’t even last a year. I emailed them last year and never heard back from them. The mechanic looking at it now says that this is old problems and should have been fixed before putting the car up for sale. I haven’t put any wear and tear on the car cause I never got to go anywhere cause I kept having problems. Now I don’t know how I’m going to pay for this and scared that they maybe more to come. The salesman told me that this car was checked over but clearly it wasn’t and now I’m paying the price for what they didn’t do or didn’t care to do. This is not fair to me or to anyone else who may purchase a car from them. This is not a good company and people should know this.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership on June 4th 2021. This vehicle supposedly came with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. By July 6th while driving the car started shaking violently. Come to find out the cars flywheel was coming apart, taking out the pilot bearing, then slave cylinder, throw out bearing etc. Upon claiming the warranty, it was denied (by warranty company) saying that the slave cylinder was a "wearable" item in the transmission and Ricky in the service center claims the slave cylinder and throw out bearing going out caused the flywheel to come apart and caused the pilot bearing to be chewed up. If you know anything about how a clutch system works, you would know this isn't possible. If your dual mass flywheel begins to come apart you will have out of balance rotation and a violent vibration causing first the pilot bearing to get chewed up, then damaging other components as well. Further more, I get the car back a month or so later. After having the car back a week, I have noticed I lost oil pressure. After speaking to a 20 year GM certified mechanic, I was told that if the dual mass flywheel that is bolted directly to the crankshaft was to come apart and become unbalanced, being a rotating assembly rotating only several degrees out of balance at high RPMs your main bearings in the motor can become severely worn and cause oil pressure loss. In other words the two incidents coincide with one another. The dealership told me that these instances were no way related to each other and that there is nothing that they can do to make the situation right, I'm just screwed. Spent $50,000 on this car, I've had it 3 months as of Sept 4th, almost 2 months were spent in their shop 3 hours away from my home being worked on by a non-certified GM dealership, 2k spent out of pocket for clutch repairs do due a denied warranty and now the car needs a new or rebuilt engine ($12k new) and I've only driven it maybe 1200 miles and now I'm stuck with a performance car I can't even drive. Never again will I entertain the thought of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and if I were looking for a car I would steer clear of choosing this place. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a car.
