DO NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST EMPIRE FORDS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! This is our personal experience - On January 5, 2023 my husband and I took our Toyota Tundra to Empire Ford to have a new set of tires put on the truck since this is where we purchased the vehicle and the closest business that sold TOYO tires. At approximately 3:30 pm on the 5th a lady from the dealership called to tell us that a sensor was bad on the truck. So my husband wasn't sure what she was talking about but agreed for them to go ahead and fix it while they were putting the tires on. After we get to the dealership to pick up the truck the service desk stated that the sensor that they had would not work and that we would have to take it to a Toyota Dealership. We still at that time did not know what they were referring to or talking about but we went on to pay for the tires. As we leave the dealership my husband calls me to tell me there is a light on the dash which was a low tire pressure indicator that had never been on there before. So I advised him to call back to the dealership immediately. At this time is it after 5 pm, my husband talks to another service guy who stated he would pass this information along to the service department tomorrow that everyone had already left for the day. So the next morning my husband goes down there and speaks to the General Manager which states that he will look into it and get back to him but stated that everyone was looking for a hand out which I am not sure what this had to do with our issue. NEVER RECEIVED CALL BACK. So on Saturday my husband calls back, speaks to GM which stated that our truck was like that when it came in, which has upset us because we have no reason to lie and would not be writing this review if we did not feel that it is important for other customers to know that Empire Ford Service Department will lie and we have lost all trust and confidence in this businesses and do not want anyone else to have this same experience.
