              Looks like I had a serious water leak in my basement so contacted Dry Basements to get a repair estimate. One of their reps - **************** - was out the same day and gave me a preliminary assessment, but suggested I remove the drywall and insulation in the affected area so he could have a better look. Came back two days later and discovered the leak was not in my foundation, but was coming from a separate plumbing issue. No basement concrete repair to be done, but *** was courteous and professional in walking me through the issue. Based on my encounter with *** if I had needed concrete repair work I would definitely have gone with Dry Basement! Thanks!
