Bought our car here, full history and condition of the car was not disclosed to us. It's required constant and costly repairs since. Looking into legal action, e.g., through OMVIC. Do not recommend.

Unprofessional, misleading and poor communication. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Leavens Chrysler. I asked 3 separate times if I could get a temp sticker to drive the vehicle to get it safetied they assured me I could. I waited an hour at the service Ontario office to be told I couldn't. So they say they'll drop it off the next day I wait around all day till the salesman sends me an odd message saying sorry someone will bring it tomorrow (which things happen no problem) the car shows up the next morning with the window taped up and the window motor and other door parts sitting on the passenger side floor. (All the windows worked when I tested the vehicle I checked all the locks and windows and switches). I call them they tell me what do you mean I send pictures. They tell me they'll look into it I get a call saying that the window wouldn't go up after I paid and left so they took it apart hadn't my salesman told me? No he hadn't. So I say like this isn't the condition I paid for the vehicle in. I was assured they were going to rectify the problem. They didn't now I've been waiting for days and they won't answer a call or return a call. Very unprofessional go somewhere else and get a vehicle this isn't the place you want to go.

Sold me a vehicle as new, almost 3 years later I find out they actually never disclosed that is was not new at the time of purchase. All they will say now is that dealership changed names, they aren't on the hook for anything. Simple issues that need to be fixed under warranty being denied because of this. Given dealership tons of documentations that show this was sold as new (including bill of sale) and the most I can get from them is its not their responsibility.
