              Cars are not thoroughly inspected before sent to detail, prices jacked up vastly above KBB value so management can split the excess. Witnessed vile sexual harassment of a manager to another employee in front of customers. Know someone who showed me proof of receiving illegal pay cut from them without notice, taken to DOL. Terribly shady practices all around.

              Horrible business they treat you like trash their vehicles are sub par and aren't worth the trash their made with they have terrible financing and are a predatory lender

              It is unfortunate to see this review 13 years after purchase. Please note this review was posted due to the collections efforts by the finance company to recoup contractually due money, resulting in slander to the dealership that sold the vehicle.

              Nortpointe Motors and Magnum finance are predatory lenders they do sell sub par vehicles and they overcharge for financing that vehicle was returned to them. I also was cheated on the trade in for that vehicle my trade was paid off and I only got a 1000.00 down
