            I had All *** come out last year and replace two spigots on my house, prior to them coming out I had more than adequate pressure to both spigots while running...initially when they left I had ZERO water coming out of the house and had to have them return...which they attempted to charge me an additional charge. I was told I was overcharged by other plumbing companies and now less than a year later....I barely have any water pressure to my west side spigot. I called and asked for them to come back out and remedy the situation and was told that they would charge me again. I would like the pressure restored for when using both spigots at the same time. And additionally when using the one spigot alone. That is all I am asking is for someone different to please come back out.

            To start off, this company is deliberately hiding its reviews. I can't find anything on FB, Google, and the only area you can write a review is on BBB and Yelp! My father is taking care of my sister with failing liver and kidney problems and my mother with dementia. He has had this company out several times to help with an increased amount of sewage smell. It's to the point that he has all the windows open at 3 am in 40-degree weather!!! They have been less than helpful, to the point that they have stated don't call us anymore. I would avoid business with them at all costs. The journeyman plumber who came out didn't even get on the roof to the stack, he had his apprentice to it and even he didn't know what to do. He used smoke bombs in the stack to see if there was a blockage, but couldn't use a camera to check. Lazy.
