            I stayed in the American in the 21st of last month and left the 22nd we stayed under my boyfriends name *************************** I left a $49 garment hanging on bathroom door tag still on it that was one of a kind very important to me I went back twenty min later they looked took my number it wasnt there they would ask maid they never called I went back the next day talked to a different employee **** the manager he took my number said hed look into it and give me a call never called so I called over a week later and they did the same thing tried to say they couldnt even find his name or remember me the guy from first time I just want my room compensated or a free night and my garment compensated for there are no more like it !!!!

            First there are stains in the bedding, cracked and uneven tiles in bathroom, cracks near shower in bathroom, upon checking in they were made aware of a dog and nothing was said about a pet deposit, pillows are uncomfortable and on their last leg, trash everywhere outside, and some of the outlets don't work, desk in corner has sugar or something in the drawer, dead bugs on window sill that I personally cleaned up, looking for an apology from this company
