This business is supposed to be taking care of my COBRA coverage. The business changed in the middle of when they were supposed to be covering and didn't advise me. They also did not advise my insurance company that I was paying my premiums so I wasn't covered. I had to get insurance through the Marketplace to supplement, even though I was paying a lot of money to be covered. I have filed multiple complaints with them and the only thing they say is they will "forward the issue to a different department" or "the information has been shared with your insurance company, it will take 4-6 weeks for the changes to take place". Although they were supposed to send a notice to my insurance in September 2023, when I called, they advised no notice was sent and told me they sent one on 11/30/23 (only after I called and requested, Ref #WRF52203927) My first payment was made on 9/8/23, next was 10/5/23, then the business was changed and I no longer had access to any previous transactions. The next 2 payments were both taken out of my account (double for some reason) on 11/14/23. Still with no knowledge to the insurance company (BCBS) that I was covered under COBRA. BCBS says they never received any information from them. No medical bills are being covered.
