    Rogers was hired to fix damaged ductwork under my home from racoon damage in July. Rogers sent out a worker to do work on the duct work the worker did not know what he was doing and we questioned the worker on why the air was still not coming into the house and still blowing around the crawlspace the worker told us he didn't know why ? my husband contacted Kyle on this matter that the ductwork was not fixed and air was still not coming into the home but blowing under the house still. They sent the same worker to the house again , the worker was already at our house when we arrived home the same day my husband had surgery and was on pain medications the worker again said he fixed the ductwork and kept asking my husband to sign a contract while he just got out of the hospital and was on pain medication and could not make decisions and was trying to take advantage of a medicated person. I told the worker to leave and were not signing anything as the air still was blowing around under the house and still not fix yet again. My husband contacted Kyle and said again the ductwork is not fixed and don't send that same person again they are not fixing the ductwork and they used our bathroom without permission and left feces on the toilet. Kyle came to our home himself and inspected the ductwork and found that his worker had not fixed all the holes and he said he fix most of them and had to come back to finish them as he did not have all the materials in his truck. Kyle has never came back after that and we have paid this company 10,000 dollars on our 13,000 dollar balance . ************** ductwork cleaner came to my home and used a camera to look at my ductwork and informed me of all the holes and damages still in the ductwork and that Rogers never fixed it and air is blowing under the house. Rogers on 11/3/21 told my husband they are putting a lien on our home now and threating us . I have a camera that proves they did not fix the holes. They did not fix the ductwork.

    I changed the battery in my thermostat and it wouldn't turn back on. I discussed it with the person in there office on the phone. We determined i had to push a button inside the thermostat to reset it. I did this and it still didn't turn on. She said she would send someone over . If she had told me it was going to be a service call, that cost 129 dollars, I would of googled it and figured it out myself. The person who came over. Pushed the button for 10 seconds and rebooted it. The person who made the visit could of called me on the phone and we could of figured it out. But then he couldnt of charged me and made an easy 129 dollars. The other thing that should of happened is the person in the office could of told me to push it for 10 seconds. You only have to screw me over once.
