Good Morning -
After discussion with the representative, ****, that was in the home to provide a proposal, it seems that this was a very unique situation to find an exact match "package unit". We had been waiting for price and availability from our supply house in order to provide an accurate price for the project. This information was received from ********* Supply yesterday and a proposal was sent the morning of 6/6/2023. We certainly apologize if there was an attempt to make contact with the representative **** without response. Carmichael has a very strong reputation of quality and timely service in ********, and of course we want to do the work that is available to ** so there's certainly no purposeful neglect - perhaps there was some miscommunication on how to communicate with our representative? There should be a cell phone and email available for him as well for direct contact, day and night. In any event, we are still very happy to assist, as we have finally received price and availability move forward with a proposal.
