I had West Michigan Construction services. Do repair work on my Home after a fire. AAA insurance company Asked if I could use them. They did great work for them in the past. My 1st visit with *************************** was amazing. He told me and My Agent exactly what they would do fix and repair. They did a good job on the repairs. Some things that needed to be fixed that is par for the course. When it came to the roof he said AAA only fixes the damages portion of the roof and I would to have 2 different color shingles on the roof My Agent said absolutly not it would hurt the resale value of the home. I was not going to use these guys. He told us if we use them he would make sure the roof would be covered. I signed the paperwork for them to do the job. after 80% of the job was finished I was asked to sign the work so they could get paid. I told him work was not finished. The deck is the wrong color. the roof needs flashing on it. He said we will take care of all this give me a PUNCH list. Still not done. And I got a bill for the roof. I called the roofer on this and the insurance on this and **** did not put in a claim. And when asked by My insurance company said. he never spoke to me about this. I have i signed statement from my agent on the dated and time we spoke. Until they finish there work. Do Not use these guys or *************************** for anything. They are not true to there word. and it will cost you money out of pocket. When i called WEST MICHIGAN COSTRUCTION SERVIES. all they say is we know nothing about this. I think *************************** lied to get the business. and will not fess up to What he did. I used this company for my work and now they will not even do any work for me again. I got no bids from him. And called him numerous times to get me the Quote. Now they will lose over a half million dollars of items we needed done.
