We purchased an Englander mattress from Seat N Sleep in 2014 and were told the manufacturer was good about issues if we had any during the 10 year warranty. When dips in the mattress started to cause back and hip pain this year, 2021, we contacted them for help. They promptly had someone come out and look at the mattress but said the dips did not meet the "industry standard" of 1.5" deep when laying flat without any weight on the mattress. They said they would pass it on to Englander but were not hopeful anything would be done to help us and Englander denied our warranty claim. I discussed it in more detail with Seat N Sleep and they said they would talk to Englander again but were not hopeful and said it was out of their hands. I have not heard from Englander so I assume they will not repair or replace the mattress. I believe the pillow top on the mattress keeps the 1.5" or greater depressions on both sides from showing. Unfortunately Englander let down Seat N Sleep by not taking care of their customer.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I understand you are unhappy with the current comfort of your mattress you had purchased seven years ago. As with all of the products we sell, there are warranties offered through manufactures, and we will do our best to offer assistance at no charge to our customers to help address those concerns with manufactures. Seat n Sleep is more than willing to help you address these concerns with the manufacture, but it seems this goal may have fell short of this. I will personally reach out to the manufacture to be sure your voice is heard. To be clear extended warranties beyond some length of time do have to have claims processed directly with the manufacture, and not our store. I see we have done 2 service calls for you ranging from one in 2019 and one recently in 2021 free of charge beyond our service requirements of 1 year,instead of referring you directly to the manufacture we have tried to assist you. There are parameters of warranty claims we must report.
There may have been a ball that might have been dropped on the communication back with you. I will contact again the manufacture on your behalf, and also provide an external communication method to you as well. We are sorry the expectations in this situation are not met, but our service we provide is to try to do our best. Thanks again for your feed back!
