On April 14, 2021 I contracted with *********************, ***********************************, phone: ************, LARA ************** number: *********, to perform some concrete work that I needed for my driveway, front steps and concrete pad for a price of $8,264 which included a 2 year warranty.When the winter snow melted from the cement pad that ********************* poured, I noticed scaling and pitting in the concrete as well as cracking of the cement at the end of my driveway.********************* from ********************* then responded back and said that she contacted a representative from High Grade ********* LARA ************** number: *********, the company from which the cement came from, and said that the damage was possibly caused from dripping salt from a vehicle. When I responded back to her that there was never any vehicles parked on the cement pad, nor did I use any salt on the driveway, that this was an unlikely cause of the damage.She then went on to state that I should contact High Grade Material.After contacting ******************* from High Grade Material on April 11, 2022, he said that he would come out to take a look at it.Since that time, Ive called and left messages for ******************* on numerous occasions, both on his office phone, ************ and on his cell phone, ************ but as of yet he has not returned any of my calls.
