They Had my car for over 2 months. The parts came in and it sat without having work done for four weeks. The work was completed and the car didn't even make it home before breaking down again. They charged me $1,800 to misdiagnose a car. Also the car was under warranty they refused to look at items covered under warranty. I mean a drive shift should be part of drive train. Broken motor mounts are too. They claimed there were no broken motor mounts. The next day when it was taken to the next dealership of course their were broken motor mounts. But the $200 inspection they "didn't catch it". Fox group is a bunch of ass holes. I brought a different car to their Fox ford dealship because it was stalling out on the highway. It was under warranty and they refused to give a rental and told me to come back. What if it stalled out and I died? Oh I guess that isn't their problem.Review from Theron B.

Made an appointment to have a remote start installed and showed up to my appointment and they had no record of the appointment. Then they told me they would have to order it. Odered me a new key fob and not a remote start. So they made another order. Turns out they didnt know there was an actual kit and not just a key fob. So i ended up with a key fob with the option to remote start but no kit. They wanted to me pay 275.00 for a fob when i already had my own and still no remote start. Service manager called me and wanted to make it right but at the end of all this he told me they had to order it and just kept dinking me around so I cancelled everything and told them to forget it. Patience was out after dealing with all this from start to finish almost 2 weeks. All i wanted was a remote start install.
