    My family had an incredibly frustrating experience with Windridge apartments. In short, Windridge did not follow through to add a tenant to our lease, though we submitted all of the necessary documents twice. They also did not update the lease on the portal for our second year. We informed them a number of times that the lease on the portal was incorrect. We were frequently told the lease was on the portal. But it wasnt. Every month that the lease was not signed, we were charged an additional amount because it was considered a month-to-month "agreement." The lease term was also pushed back another month. This went on for four months. Though we repeatedly communicated via email, phone calls, and in person, we received minimal and delayed responses and no answers to our questions and concerns about the delay and additional fees, and the status of our added tenant. A number of times we were told it was taken care of or that they were working on it. But then 2-3 days before the end of the month, we received an email saying we needed to sign the lease ASAP or we would again be charged the additional amount and the lease would be pushed back another month. Despite our attempts to explain the obvious and ask for answers, the only response we received was the same: Sorry, we cannot respond to your concerns at this time, and you need to sign the lease before the first of the month.We also emailed and called ************* who owns Windridge. We never heard back from them.Eventually, we decided to move to another apartment complex and submit this review in hopes of providing closure for ourselves.
