3/15/2022 we installed 8 windows in your home as contracted. Per the contract you signed the balance was due in full at that time (substantial completion) however in good faith we allowed you to hold back a small amount until the final punch was completed to your satisfaction.
3/17/2022 County/City inspection complete. You were not available for the final punch for a few weeks so it was scheduled for 4/20/2022.
4/20/2022 our service tech was on site and reported some minor punch out issues to be completed as well as a piece of glass that you were unhappy with. It appeared that the glass had defects in the low e coating. This is a manufacturer warranty issue and should have been reported to their service team for replacement. Instead, our service team decided to have the replacement part shipped to us for replacement in an effort to shorten the wait time.
6/29/2022 replacement glass received and inspected at our facility.
7/22/2022 Your project is 100% complete.
Due to the supply chain issues and employee shortages we have experienced over these past two years we have struggled to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction so it was very disappointing to be told if we required you to pay your balance you would post negative reviews. However here we are facing yet an additional customer challenge. We are sorry that you are unhappy but in today's climate we don't see any way we could have moved your job along any faster.
