They sent someone to my home to place an advertising door knocker which has stuck to my door that I have to peel off. When I called the office, they basically denied it and were not willing to remove the mess. They basically argued with me, which is a usually a good indication of the type of quality and support you would expect from this company.

Sir, we did not leave an advertisement on your door. The door knocker was left on your door because you had a SCHEDULED appointment for your new construction home on July 5th, but you were not present for the scheduled appointment. The door knocker gives the information that you need to call us to RESCHEDULE the appointment you missed. We went back in the phone system to listen to the recorded call between you and our employee. You stated on the phone you did not see the door knocker until July 17th - two weeks after it was left on your door for the missed appointment. At no point did you try to reschedule your missed appointment from two weeks ago. You were just yelling at our employee. She never denied that we put a door knocker on your door. She was trying to explain exactly why it was put there two weeks ago when you missed the scheduled appointment for a new home warranty ticket submitted to your builder.

They door knocker stuck on the door and had to be crapped off for it bonded to the door. I asked them to take it off and they refused. My rating stays as noted.

PLEASE! PLEASE! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! There glass is defected The lady was screaming, very rude and disrespectful. And very bad customer service. She made it seem as if she was the victim and said she was threatened. When she was the aggressor. Again DON'T USE THEM!

I apologize if you feel as though one of our employees was rude and disrespectful. Due to the small size of our office, every employee who works here heard the entire conversation and knows that the employee in question was in fact not screaming at the male on the phone. He had called once earlier in the day and hung up on her when she explained that the manufacturer does not have a warranty for shattered glass. When he called again later the same day, she tried giving him the cost for a replacement sliding glass door panel to which he accused her of speaking over him and he started screaming at her through the phone. He actually did threaten her when he asked for our company's street address, so he could "come down here and show us what's up." He ended the conversation by hanging up on her again. As a company, we do consider that a threat to each individual that works here. Please note, C&C is not the manufacturer of the windows and sliding glass doors in your home. We are just a vendor for the manufacturer and have to abide by their warranty criteria.

Please be advised that the manager refused to provide the upper management contact information due to the the rude manner she was acting in. she was the unprofessional one who said "I'm tired of this address, what else do you want?!" That was highly unprofessional which caused the altercation from jump, let's not forget that!!! Furthermore, a threat was never made He stated, me being his witness "since you don't wanna give me the contact information, how about I come up there to get it then?" That what was stated! Do t get words twisted and attempt to play the role as a victim. Let's acknowledge and remember the fact that you guys were the unprofessional ones and the ones who installed a defect sliding glass door into our newly built home! Don't switch up the story, a threat was never made, and you guys created a horrible customer service experience. You were the disrespectful one!
