Quality on installation not there. Sliding doors and screen not Sliding properly. Seeing light through areas around door. Receptionist not very customer friendly! Customer service seriously lacking. I don't think I would recommend this company.Review from L. C.

Had three windows installed April 1st. Two of them are faulty and I cannot get this company to call the window manufacturer to fix them even after he came over, looked at the issues and said he would get it taken care of. I have had to call the window manufacturer myself twice and now they are going to contact him. We paid him in full the day they installed, big mistake. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. If you do, don't pay until they are in and work. Terrible customer service.

Customer called the office shortly after windows were installed that there was a problem with a part separating from the window. Rob scheduled an appointment to look at the product and determined that the glazing bead was defective. It was reported to the manufacturer for warranty on 4/13/21. Case number **XXXXXXX. The customer was told this on more than one occasion. It was approved and replacement parts were ordered on 4/14. Manufacturer also assigned the case to a service technician. Service will be completed as soon as parts are in because there is currently a delay of products. Rob was not aware that the warranty was not completed. We don't know with whom the customer corresponded and she was told that it was not called in. It can be verified through PGT service department with the above case number that this matter was reported on 4/13.Customer Response

Rob never called us to let me know he had contacted the manufacturer, Apparently he did but his failure to communicate with us has really caused this entire issue. He gave me the case number on April 30th, one month after I reported the problems and after I made four calls to his business and two calls to the manufacturer. The fact he was not aware the warranty work had been done is a testament to his lack of customer service. One call at the beginning would have stopped this entire issue.
