This is perhaps the most slanderous review I have ever been faced with. ***** hired me a year ago to build her website and it is lovely. For 11 1/2 months ***** never messagedr or emailed me.
I reached out to her in January to let her know her hosting was expiring and I informed her the rate is $250. She said she would get back to me.
A few weeks passed and still no reply. ***** asked for her login to the website, which I gladly gave her, and then I gave her instructions on how her new hosting company would have to migrate the files off of the server and I would provide her the *** authorization code for the domain to be transferred.
she worked with blue host and all was done a few days ago. ***** said thank you so much and I'll leave you a review!
I have no idea why she is expressing fale accusations and frustrations when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Her website AND domain were transferred with the help of me for NO FEE and her website is live now! It appears she needs to fix her SSL certificate but everything is live and I did not hold, keep or damage any of her work that she paid for.
This review is ******% untrue and you can very the domain and site are live ************ and visit ************** to verify it is on blue host.
I am pleasing with the BBB to remove this slanderous review as this drastically affects my small business and rating!

Furthermore, I did in fact instruct ***** that her hosting expired. She knew her hosting was due on February 1st and I politely let her know that I am able to help her get the files off of my server and migrated to her new host. That is why she had a login, that is why the authorization code was given within 1 hour of her asking for it, and that of course is why her new hosting company had the files.
I then let ***** know that it looked like blue house had transfer the website and the domain 100% and then I went ahead and removed the files from my server. That is exactly what happens because there are already files on bluehost who is our new hosting company and there are no reason for the files to still be on my server.
For ***** to say that we never talked and for her to insinuate that she asked for logins or anything like that is a complete lie. She asked for a login at the end of January which I gladly provided because to be able to transfer the files that's what she would need. I did exactly what she said I never threatened to delete the files I simply let her know that she had three options. Option number one is to renew with me at $250, option number two is to hire another hosting company and then she can migrate the files and transfer the domain, and option number three was I could just simply remove the files. That is not a threat that is how marketing companies work and that is how you give people options for hosting.
**** took option number two and hired bluehost as she mentioned to manage and host her website files. Everything was done and in accordance to what she asked for and again this review is slanderous and it sounds like somebody was just upset because they didn't want to pay a fee and wanted to pay $90 at Blue House. Which is 100% fine but that is not my fault
