            Star2Star is a terrible company to do business with. I worked with a guy who had a partnership with Star2Star. I remember his very words "you can cancel whenever, " you are not in a contract but somehow, I was locked in this 5 year contract. I was moving at the time from one clinic to another so I was busy and I believe Star2star and Bill took advantage of that. I couldn't do much with the phone system except to call out. I was promised a lot of services that I couldn't access. I had to call Bill every time the phone was not working or I had to change my voicemail. Then at the very end, when I had two months left on my contract, I moved to another company. I told them to keep sending me my regular bill and I would pay until my contract ended. Next thing I know, Star2star was sending me a $2000 bill. I tried contacting the company and left several message but no one has returned my calls. BBB needs to put them out of business. Terrible Company!
