After months (literally) of troubleshooting a failed salt system, still under warranty, with the manufacturer, and trying to find a company that would address, repair/replace, and provide clear consultation regarding the unit, I contacted Quality Pools and Spa Services in Palm Harbor - they fixed the problem without questions the very next morning. The technician was polite, informed, and efficient. Their service was comprehensive and excellent; they replaced the defective unit and re-set the salt operations. Most important, they stayed until the unit was proven to be fully operable. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone with technical issue regarding a pool or spa.Review from Terry S

Quality Pools has provided me excellent service concerning my pools needs. Tim always provides quality service paired with his knowledge and experience. Laura, Tim, and everyone at Quality Pool & Spa is top notch. The "cherry on top" is their reasonable rates for such top quality work. Tim has literally saved me hundreds of dollars on his own accord. Even today he would have saved me time and money if the conditions were right. Unfortunately it was out of his control. When all is said and done, they provide value that far exceeds the cost of service. (I am just a "Joe Smo" customer and do not know these individuals outside of these business transactions.) Thank you Quality Pool & Spa for the savings and peace of mind!
