Never finished the pool. and they are not living up to their warranty. they wont return calls . vary unhappy with this company .

I’m still sitting with a completed pool 17 MONTHS later! You would think they would be contacting me about every step right now! But **** I can’t even get a reply. Can’t wait to get ahold of McLeod the owner of this “business”

Just want to put it out there don't ever go to grant Worst company ever never get Back to you always promise you never show up. Remind you that make you pay in full. Don't ever go there, I still have no pool. Promise me complete 3 months ago. I can keep going on and on. Just not worth it, don't go there. Feb of 2021 we signed with Grant pools 10 months later pool is done and lainai..hurricane hits ..and we find out lainai never passed inspection from July 2021..pool was handed over with OPEN permits!!!Ofcource the lainai was totalled during the storm all my neighbors on either side are fine ..***************** hired by Grant pools canterlevered to tile not the cement footing ..horrible Noone wants to take responsibility..run from this company

I had a pool installed in 2019 from Grant Pools in Port Charlotte with pavers and a bird cage. It was done around November 2019 and around 8/20/2020 I emailed the company to let them know some of the pavers had started to sink, noone got back to me right away, I had to email them again around October 2020. They stated that since its within its year of build, they can send someone out to fix it. Someone did come out and fix it but within 2-3 months a few pavers started sinking again, the same ones that they had already fixed, then MANY others started sinking, I've tried contacting the company many times via email and no one wants to respond, i finally called again and the response i got was they would have to talk to owner of Grant pools, they called me back to say they won't fix because it's been 2 yrs! If they fixed it correctly the first time I wouldn't be dealing with this! Most other companies do a 3 yr warranty, Grant only does 1 so they don't have to fix issues! Worthless company! I'm afraid my pool is going to get ruined. Stay far away from this company!

I would leave a negative star if I could, signed and financing was done in June it's now November and they still haven't been to the house! I have called dozens of times and nothing never call you back, I want to cancel due to these issues and now they want 782.00 or we can't get outta our contract

I would NOT recommend Grant Pools to ANYONE. Communication is TERRIBLE. Christa, Kay, Randy, Dave all gave so many empty promises and tons of excuses. Said they would be out once or twice a week after pool was completed and now I have yellow algae at the bottom of our pool. No one ever came out. Said they would call me back with an update, had to call back two days later since no one ever returned my phone call. Said the pool would be completed in 4 months. It took TEN MONTHS. Two county inspections failed and we had to wait for those issues to be fixed so the county could pass us. DO NOT USE GRANT POOLS.
