              Would like a honest answer when asking about the job being completed lack of accurate answers signed contract on December 8th 2022 told could take a year hasnt happened then it was a year from dig date that will be February 26th **** we still do not have a cage they have no idea when either that year will be 5 weeks away they told us they fired old cage company in October she said new cage company will have us a cage by Christmas that didnt happen either phone call to company January 4 **** said give then two weeks today phone call January 16 **** the cage company hasnt even applied for new permit engineering was a hold up asked if we could speak to the owner said no we could not were supposed to get a phone call from his right hand ***** we are at **** end would like accurate information honest information their lack of communication is awful for paying customers They have a triple A supposedly we dont know how this could be we are so disappointed and dont know where to turn we hope the BBB can get us some honest answers and get this job completed for us we would like a completion date from fountain pools in hopes that everything will work once it is completed

              completely disappointed . they build my pool on the setback of my property .. now there cutting my pool in half to fix it .. ***** ******** is the lead supervisor and he no nothing about building a pool. Their management department is a joke ..From what in researched , the owner of the company doesn't know how to build a pool and he fired all his good help.
