They build our pool last year and 6 months ago they changed the service personnel and my nightmare began. The personal didn't cleaned our pool regularly because they knew that we are seasonal in Florida. For a 3 months they didn't clean our pool when I came and seen the water i was shocked! I called them right away and they send someone to clean it...that's when my nightmare began! Since beginning of the March they can't fix the chemicals they are always off.Then because of that my pool developed "black algae " then they put so much chemicals in the pool that the pool surface is scaling,my pool looks terrible and the water in the pool is constantly foggy! Instead of them finding the solution they send us a email canceling pool service because of the lack of service personnel!

This pool was cleaned on a weekly basis. The customer would complain if she didn't actually see the pool cleaner. When she complained the pool maintenance manager would go out her self to insure the pool was in fact cleaned and the chemicals in balance. This pool has never had scaling nor black algae. The pool did develop a water retention stain which is caused by wetness within the concrete shell. This type of stain is not cause by a chemical imbalance. As a courtesy to the customer we treated the pool to attempt to remove the stain. A few months later the shading in the concrete started to appear again. Again we treated the pool with a different treatment. On our last visit the pool was in perfect chemical balance, and showed no staining.

Wow how book perfect and professionally did you wrote this email Bonnie.
I wish that you guys reply on all the emails like this so quickly and efficiently,and I wish that your company is so rapid to come out and assess the Pools and check conditions like you said...wow I never seen a manager or any supervisor on my promises. Never, even when I had a big problem you guys only send new stuff, who didn't know what they are doing.
When we called the office your receptionist was always rude and unprofessional, didn't want to connect us with any supervisor so we can address the issues!
Looks like you guys did everything by the book right?
Regarding your statement that I would complain about weekly maintenance of the pool if I didn't see staff coming on a weekly basis.
I definitely would if I was here to see them, I was as Casa Pool is aware seasonally in Florida...6 months I am not here in Florida to check your work on weekly basis! When I came this February I seen how badly my pool was managed by your company,and I called and complained multiple times and then when your stuff was "fixing the problem "they made more problems so was not just algae problem that we originally had, it was a problem of the pool surface that started to scale...so Bonnie we complained again, and your pool guy Mike assured us that problem will be fixed and its still not fixed...I don't know if you are aware but because they couldn't fix the damage on the pool they decided to cancel the service on us!So convenient!
We had another company come out and assess the pool for chemicals because they were unbalanced.Ph was way too high over 8.2+ Chlorine was way over 3

Pool was not clean at all, water was foggy...
Pool Filter was filthy! God only knows when was cleaned last time!

Pool was built by Casa pools so if the concrete is the problem and the staining is developing because of the pool foundation that would be Casa Pool fault as well! We paid Casa Pool personnel to build this pool! We paid over 50k for this pool.
Pool railing was the issue from the beginning and it is still rusty,I am not sure if you are aware of this as well.
We requested multiple times to speek with you Bonnie regarding pool issues but your secretary was telling us that we can't talk with you because you are busy every time when we would call.

Don't try to blame me for your company mistakes! Its very simple. Pool was built by Casa pools, maintenance was done by Casa pools and Service was done by Casa Pool! I paid for everything and everything is not as good and dandy as you are trying to present it.
So disappointing!
Let me know when you will resolve all this issues
