            We hired P & R Sod to remove our grass in the front and left side of the house and install St. Augustine grass on March 20, 2023. After several weeks, areas started turning brown and dying. We hired a professional service to come out and spray the yard as recommended by ******** to do so. However, the grass that is finally coming back does not look like ************* but more like weeds and another type of grass in the areas where the grass turned brown. After contacting P & R Sod, they refused to do anything about it and blamed it on us and terminated the call without a resolution. We live in a deed restricted area and are expected to maintain our landscape in accordance with the community rules. That is why we hired P & R Sod. Can you offer any advice or recommendations on how to get a resolution to our problem?

            I've used P & R sod in the past for both our home and my rental properties. We were very pleased with them in the past so we decided to hire them again for 2 rental properties we just acquired. They came to our properties the next day to give quotes for sod replacement in the front yard for 1 and full replacement for the 2nd property. They installed sod shortly after we agreed to move forward. Their rates were much better than the other sod companies. We have also recommend them to family and friends. They were a pleasure to work with.
