99calls and I have had a long relationship. It was only after hiring an experienced marketing talent that we understood how 99calls had devalued our online presence. We paid for a service that we never received. 99calls claims to work for you and your small business. They do not. When asked about uploading pictures or reviews and staying on top of our online marketing, the conversations would turn to finger pointing. Here’s the long and short. Don’t use this company. They will cost you money. Their keyword stuffing techniques are dated. We’ve run through several account suspensions and left this company with 4 standing suspensions on Google and still have to fix it all. Do not. Ever. Spend money on this company. It is a sham and a waste. I’ve had to let people go this year due to business being down. These people wreak havoc and don’t care.

Mr. S of Electrum LLC came to 99 Calls with a suspended Google Ads account. We instructed him to destroy the suspended account. We then created a new Google Ads account to promote his business, which produce quality leads for about 6 months, until it too was suspended. Following this suspension 99 Calls invested significant time and effort into getting the account unsuspended, but to no avail. It is unclear why the account was suspended. We wish Google would provide effective support in these matters, as even the Google reps we spoke with could not resolve the problem. Unfortunately, it is clear Mr. Soper is very angry with 99 Calls over this matter. Nonetheless, we wish Electrum LLC the best and sincerely hope that their new marketing consultant can resolve the suspended account issue.Review from Charlie T

I have been involved with 9 calls for several years now THEY MAKE MY BUSINESS A SUCCESS . The Gals there are just Super Nice and will do everything they can to help a business out. I have read these reviews that are lies about them . These people that post these are CROOKS to say the least if what they say is so why dont they do that to everyone One young lady that I deal with alot is Kristen and she is just excellent in helping me. I have used others in my 33 years being in business and none of them can touch 99. Being in business is TUFF this day and time you have to have a company that has your back as far as promotion of your business and that will work right along with you to make your business a success. When you approached us almost 5 years ago looking for leads for your walk-in bathtub installation business, we didn't know anything about your field.
