            As home owners with a roofing contract in place, Albright is responsible for fixing any problems which arise that are in part due to the installation of roof. However, upon leaking and destroying our insulation and ceiling from a leaking roof we promptly phoned Albright. Representative from Albright came out and informed us it was a "chimney" issue. Well, we hired and paid in full for a chimney specialist which assured us it was indeed a roof leak. We paid out of pocket for this to be achieved based on Albrights claim from their hired representative Jordan. Jordan comes out second time, he assures us they have solved issue. Albright sealed (literally caulked it). Well now our ceiling has fallen in and we can clearly see it's a roof issue. At this point we practically have to demand someone from Albright come out a third time and go up in our attic which we ask them to do every time. Jordan (same employee) took horrifying images of what has transpired and progressed over several months. We specifically ask those images to be emailed to us and to date Albright absolutely refuses! We are left with no insulation and no resolution to our ceiling. They are unethical and need to be investigated.

            Albright did my roof back in 9/2020. The crew was just amazing, hard workers. Even staying during some downpours, in spite of me insisting they go home, but staying to get to an appropriate stopping point. Albright company was easy to work with and I believe they cost significantly less than other local companies. The county inspector also indicated he was impressed with the work.
