      I contracted with Rightway Parking on 01/03/2024 for parking and shuttle to a cruise ship in ***************, ** in the amount of $68.80. Following the driving instructions to the parking location it became immediately apparent that it was non existent. There was no such parking area there, attendants or signs indicating Rightway Parking. I filed a dispute with the **** account as well as a complaint with the ******* Attorney General. My foremost concern is to have this recorded as a fraud on the part of Righway Parking.

      John, I looked to see if we received any contact from you regarding this situation for parking at the Quick and Safe Port everglades locations located at 1100 SE 17th St Ft Lauderdale FL 33316. I do not have any emails from the address provided inside of your reservation confirmation. 
      This is very much an active location as we do about 100-150 reservations there a month. If it was not a facility we would not have them on our website nor would we spend for advertising false location. Aside from that, we always do our best to assist our customers. We would have asked you to send an email to our [email protected] and include your reservation ID and the receipt from the alternate parking location (assuming you parked elsewhere since you could not locate the parking in which you booked for). Once we received that we would have submitted it for review to get those funds back to you. 
      Note The instructions for this location were also provided inside of your confirmation email stating it is behind the Embassy suites and what to do from there. Again, we are sorry you had an issue locating the facility but again this is not a fraud parking facility nor is Rightway Parking a fraudulent reservation agency.

      Recently used Rightway Parking service for the ***** cruise port and it was convenient and stress free! The customer support and overall service management was excellent. Will definitely be using their parking facilities again and 10/10 recommend to others!

      Our experience with Rightway was incredible. We used them while parking for a cruise and they was so helpful on where to go, how to get there and what to do when we did. I even got confused with something and the support I spoke with, ******, was right there on the phone working through it with me. I recommend 10/10! Love Rightway parking!

      1. They charge by days, so even if you park for24 hours, they will charge for 2 days!!2, They charge significant extra fee for even small SUV! I This info is in small letters , I would consider it as a SCAM!

      ****, we are so sorry that you did not see the information regarding over sized vehicles for the specific location you booked for near ****************************. Per the email response yesterday all of that information was provided prior to booking. We also provide a full breakdown of the total, taxes and fees and number of days on the top of the rate summary page prior to sending any reservation through so there are no hidden fees or charges that customers are not made aware of. It also states the oversized vehicle information inside of the confirmation email which you received minutes after making the reservation. 

       

      Again, we are sorry for the frustration you encountered. I will let you know that almost every facility we book for, for *** and *** charge for anything larger than an SUV so if you book for any offsite parking in the future just make sure you read all the information on the website in which you book through. We wish you and yours a happy 2024.

      I had the worst experience with parkway parking services. Location was the Florida Mall. There was nobody at the parking lot, directions were Terrible, no customer service available anywhere over the phone. I had to literally open the gate myself at the parking lot to enter and park the car. We texted them as requested, called and no answer. We had to get an Uber to get us to the airport and almost missed our flight. Very stressful situation.

      Worst parking experience ever. Returned from cruise on November 18 at Port Everglades. Called 5 times requesting shuttle at port. Several times got voice mail. Waited over an hour before finally taking a cab back to parking garage. Shuttles are not marked with Rightway Parking and very confusing. Make a better choice! Called and asked for refund for cab fare and was told no and hung up on.
