      I went in about a month ago and picked out a vehicle. I was not pre-approved and asked that they go through my bank. I filled out the paperwork and waited for a long period of time. I left and asked the salesman to call me when they were ready. He didn’t call. I called him an hour later and he told me I was declined. I called my bank the next day and found out that Brandon Ford under reported my income by over 100k. I did get an email from my bank stating so. The next day I went to Force Customs and bought a vehicle from them. Also got a higher trade value by $1K. Btw the last three vehicles I bought were from Ford, two of them from Brandon Ford.

      I bought a 2019 ford transit econect with 80000 miles. The brakes locked up on the interstate leaving the dealership. Took them weeks to get the truck fixed. When they did return my vehicle, the transmission was completely shot and would get stuck in neutral. After 2 more weeks of them telling me to be "patient there going to make it right" they offered me 14k trade on a truck a just paid 21k for and full price on a new truck plus dealer fees again. I understand the risk of buying used but I didn't even put 50 miles on the truck.

      3 weeks and vehicle is still not repaired. Turbo under warranty- diagnosed as a faulty turbo at an outside reputable garage. **** diagnosed it with a faulty battery, starter (that was just replaced), mounting bracket and O2 sensor. When the engine light would not go off and 2 diagnostics later Im told its the original diagnosis of a faulty turbo. This part is covered under warranty but it will be another 2 weeks for a repair. This dealerships service department is beyond incompetent in my opinion.

      Worst car buying experience ever. I ordered a Ford Maverick in Sept 22 and they entered wrong e-mail address so never got any updates from Ford. Anyway vehicle showed up in June 23 and headed that way. I was worried about trade in value so asked salesperson if paid decent for trade in. He said don't worry we pay good. Heard ad said we pay top dollar above blue book etc trade a thon. Could be further from the truth. Insulted me with low ball offer lower then carmax and carvana. I said take trade off let me sell first or think about it. Grumpy manager Brooksye Hall said if you don't get today we gonna put on loaner lot then sell for 10k over. I said form I signed says 72 hours he said doesn't matter we gonna sell 10k over we gonna sell 10k over. He must have said it like five times. He was very rude. I wanted the truck and it was already getting late so they Finally did come up on trade by not much thought still below carmax but refused to honor $1,000 rebate for custom order which is listed on website. They further refused to process my $500 rebate from farm bureau so I had to wait for that from ford. I also had to pay the ford increase they did mid year. The other dealer I ordered from honored price protection and took farm bureau rebate with no problem. The other dealer vehicle also came in first so dealer size doesn't matter anymore. I wouldn't recommend this dealer at all one of my worst car buying experience ever. They never did change my email so never got survey from ford after buying.

      **************** is BAD, no parts available for a recall with appointment scheduled two months in advanced, looks they won't do recalls if you didn't buy there

      This dealer is excellent with sales and financing. Just bought another Super Duty F250. I will not hesitate to purchase my next truck from Brandon Ford.

      Took the car over 2 months and still can't tell me update about it, every time i call is something the parts are not ready they are painting my car and always they are saying that they gonna give me and update of the car and nothing still waiting, this is the first time I heard that they paint a car before they fix it. And no just that but there is not records on what they are doing on the car, there is not estimate on when the pieces of the car gonna get because they wont tell them, sow you buy items and won't tell what is the date... My car can stand for 3,4 months and still no records or time frame on how long can it take and please someone can tell me who paint a car before fixing the inside????

      Took truck to Brandon Ford Service for warranty service for Transmission that was under FORD WARRENTY the held truck for six days Called service manager i guess because i call on Weekend and ask for a manager i was told no one in management was there so when I called Monday Matt service manager say come get your truck would not work on my truck. The Ford corp needs to handle Issue, Brandon Ford is supposed to represent Ford and do a service for a warranty ????

      This is an inaccurate description of the details. The customer was abrasive and argumentative. He demanded that we repair the vehicle by following his specific instructions. When it was explained that we had to follow the manufacturer guidance for the repair, he threatened to disparage us on multiple media platforms. We strongly encourage him to contact the manufacturer and accurately relay his demands to them.

      Two horrible experiences at Brandon Ford: 1. A couple years ago, I was literally standing in the showroom with a bank check in hand for greater than the new sales price and was told to come back later because they were too busy to help me. I even showed them the check, and spoke with the sales manager. Still told me to comeback another time. I ended up buying a slightly used ford at a neighboring dealership just because they treated me like I mattered. 2.Yesterday made an appointment for service. Appointment was this afternoon. Got a call this morning saying they were running behind - I could drop it off and they would look at it first thing tomorrow morning at 7 AM. Arrived to drop the car off at 4:30 today - service manager told me my appointment wasn't actually for two more days, and it would be at least 7 more days before they would be able to tell me anything about the car. I said I guess I would try another shop, and the SM said he agreed that would be the best decision. The disrespect is abhorrent. My family, friends, colleagues, etc will never use Brandon Ford.

      *Service Center*

      I left a google review a few years about a horrible experience we had at the service center.

      We bought a new car from Brandon Ford 5 month ago. When it came to buying the extended maintenance warranty we expressed our concern about the service department but was assured the service department had new management and improvements were in place.

      Today, my husband brought his car in for service. When the car was done he talked to the service center he told them he would be there between 5 - 6 to get his car.

      I dropped him off just after 5, his paid receipt is time stamped 5:24pm. He called me and said his car is blocked in and they can't find the keys to the other car to move it.

      It was more than an hour before they found the keys. During the time no one offered sympathy, remorse or encouragement that they were working to resolve the issue.

      When his car was finally unblocked the manager refused to come speak to him about the incident.

      This service center is beyond ridiculous. The other comments below about 6hr oil changes when you have an appt and damage to vehicles while in their possession are ALL true. We have experienced it all first hand.

      Be warned, pick another service center, this one will only frustrate you and waste your time.
