            I used Reliable Movers to load a U-Haul at a storage facility on 7/31. They did good work in loading and packing the vehicle. I drove the U-Haul down to Cape Coral, FL and contracted another moving company to unload it and put the items into another storage facility. While unloading the vehicle on 8/1, the second moving company pointed out some damage to several IKEA bookshelves and to some other shelves that were scratched. While the items were being put into the storage facility I took pictures of the damage. On Monday, August 2, I called Reliable and spoke to Keith. I told him about the damage andthat I had pictures. He wanted me to email him the pictures and that he would get back in touch with me. I called him later that day and left a message to make sure that he received my email. After that, I calling repeatedly throughout the week and left several messages. I have not been able to speak with anyone at the company after that initial call.

            I used this company to move my personal items and furniture after Hurricane *** made a mess of our vacation home. Not only were they timely, but they were professional and able to store my furniture until my home will be habitable again. I would definitely use Reliable again!*****
