      It's not often I leave a poor review... in fact I've only left "two negative" reviews in my entire life. I'm sharing my experience with Mr. Appliance so that the community is aware. I called them out and paid their $119 fee, which was more than the other companies I looked into. I figured since their fee is higher I'll get better service and results. Well, so far that's not the case. I've had to call them out a total of three times and I still have the same issue...yet they have been paid AND tipped. I will document if the fourth time is a charm soon. But as of right now, paying more for Mr. Appliance is not worth it. Stay tuned for part two. 😐

      I set up an appointment with Mr Appliance that we have been using for years and there customer service as well as there management service has totally change. I needed not only a washer fixed but 3 washers fixed, So I called on 10/25, they set me up for an appointment for today 10/26 on 10/25 they contacted me needing a credit card on file, so I game them the card number. I then received an email this morning stating they needed a c/c. I then called them the woman that answered is who I gave the card number to yesterday. I explained who I was she remembered, and was unclear that why I received an email regarding this. I received the email from Melody which originally told me they would be out this morning first thing at 9am. This morning at 9:45, when I spoke to a Mary she told me that they could not be here at 9 and did not need the card. I explained again that we were down 3 washers and needed them here as soon as possible. She then put me on hold once she returned to the phone said okay they will be here soon. I then called at 1:30 because they still did not show up to do the repairs, again goth the run around saying a Dawn will have to call me back that she was the customer service manager. I was very insistent that I needed to repairs done and why am I getting such a run around. I asked to speak to the person in charge over who was suppose to be the head of customer service. The woman that answered the phone would not give me any information and said Dawn was who I need to speak and only her. This woman which did not give me her name, told me she was canceling my appointment and I needed to look for service for my repairs elsewhere.
      This is totally unacceptable and I would like to owner or head of Mr Applicatance to know how very unprofessional there customer service and disorganized they are. This is how they threat there long time clients is awful.
      This was the worst customer service I have ever received and I deal with the business that I have ever dealt with in businesses. I deal with numerous companies daily this by far has been the worst.
