We contracted with PaverCrafters based on a recommendation from a neighbor. - We verbally contracted with Mark S of PaverCrafters and specified that we wanted the same style pavers that our neighbor had. - We signed the contract the next day and submitted the 35% down payment of $3,137.00 on April 21, 2022.

All work appeared to be by subcontractors. - The excavator (By The Bay Bobcats) arrived (unannounced) on Monday 19 July to remove the concrete driveway. - He was excellent and is highly recommended.

The subcontractor Installers arrived on Tuesday 20 July, but could not work as no aggregate or sand had arrived. - None of the installers spoke English so we could not communicate very well. - They left at noon so no work was accomplished on Tuesday 20 July.

The trailer of aggregate arrived early in the afternoon.

The pavers arrived later Tuesday afternoon, but they were the incorrect pavers.

In that the driveway and walkway was now dirt we had no choice to have the installers proceed when they arrived mid-morning Wednesday 21 July. - Their work was actually excellent except they ruined flower gardens adjacent to the driveway and walkway when the trenched the perimeter of the driveway and walkway for the concrete to hold the pavers in place by merely throwing the excess aggregate, sand, soil, & grass into the adjacent flower beds and lawn.

The physical work by the subcontractors was excellent, but we were disappointed when we had to accept pavers other than what we ordered and the total lack of coordination by PaverCrafters. - They ordered and we paid for all seven pallets of pavers and they installed five and 1/3 of the pallets so the measurements and order of pavers was poorly done.

None the less we paid the full balance of over $5,000, but connot in good conscience recommend PaverCrafters.
