I filled out a form on their site to get a quote and after 24hrs with no response, I called their number, left a message with my cell number and no one returned my call.

We do not work Sunday and we have over 50 calls per day in that department. Roll Shield did a fantastic job installing 5 very large rolling hurricane shutters across back of our house. The entire Roll Shield staff starting with Don who is a very knowledgeable, experienced sales expert through Gregg who is their engineering lead and through their installation team (Trey and Smiitty) demonstrated thorough professional expertise. They always showed up on time for all meetings and work days. All work was completed on schedule and per the agreed to budget. At the end of each work day Trey and Smitty always cleaned up the work site. Don was especially excellent in explaining all about how their products met or exceeded all HVHZ and Miami Dade requirements, and he also made sure everything was completely "turn key" including arranging all the installation details and all inspections. We definitely plan to engage Roll Shield again this Fall for the next phase of our project.

My business with Rollshield was a nightmare.
We purchased a simple 10x10 screened enclosure on October 11 2021 and gave them a $5.,000 dollar down payment. It was finally finished June 20,2022.
In March a large truck pulls up, not even day light and drops the materials off for my enclosure. We were not advised we would be storing the materials. They unloaded the material in my backyard directly in the walkway. This is Where it sat for 4 months. That was just the beginning. I immediately informed the company.
I was excited. It took from Oct to March to get the materials. So I asked if we could set a installation date. Yes, it was set for April 4th. So, now 6 months into hiring this company I finally received a start date. April 4th came, installers showed up. Apparently they had information that my concrete had been laid and was completed, and of course it was not. After hiring a new concrete installer the concreter was done a week later. Come May 4 th I was pleading for my installation to be started. On that date I received a new start date of May 16. The concrete was laid and approved through the company and labeled perfectly fine. During the concrete being laid, rollshield called and asked me for more money. The concrete had to be broken up and removed manually. This was understood as I paid for the demo as stated in the contract. So, May 16Th new set of installers come and reported the concrete was done incorrectly and needed to be fixed. The concrete company came out that day and fixed the problem working into the night to assure it was done. So, I was asking for another start date, after pleading again I received a March 23 rd date.
To make a long story short. My enclosure was contracted on October 11,2021, finished on June 20,2022
During the entire installation I asked many time for the owners contact information and told he was out of town. Never given the email/number. No communication from the company.

Without getting into the mistruths that were stated, We built a great room for her. The customer was thrilled when I went out to see her and told me that she wrote the BBB asking for them to remove her review and she showed me proof of email to the BBB. She also let the BBB know that she was very happy and loves the screen room that we built.
