    I purchased Sectional from FOS in 2021. A few months after purchasing the couch 2 portions of the sectional were sagging in words and when you sat on the cushions you can feel the springs poking thru. I notified FOS and had left several messages for *** the service department manager to call me to get this fixed, I finally got a call after I insisted to speak to me. I got a call from the ********************** manager and he told me that he would request the parts and said honestly is might be a few weeks no it turned into months this being fixed in June 22. FOS came picked up furniture took it back to FOS to fix and and a few days later I got my couch. In December of 22 I called FOS leaving several messages again for *** service department Manager and got a call back finally after I had to insist again *********** manager *** tells me nothing he can do but if I want to pay FOS to repair it I can. So I said why would I do this obviously an issue with this couch it just may be defected. He said we can fix it but at my cost, I said what workmanship guarantee do I have he tells me none..WHAT... I am suppose to pay you and hope it works out he laughed at me and said yes or repair it again. I got the manufacturer involved stated my case for FOS to tell them they replaced in June of 22 never mentioning the issues there after for me to the Manufacturer ****** House who's said have it repaired by someone else. Here I am at a loss of $3,972.33 for a couch I can't sit on without a spring in my but or feeling like I am falling in. The worse purchase I have made and the lack of customer service is terrible. As of today 04/18/2023 no resolution and still waiting for a call back from the Manager ******************* but to repair this couch at my expense. This couch is not worth me paying another dime for.. it's costed me enough $$$ time and aggravation and dealing with an unprofessional staff. I have photos of the couch that are too large but the letter I got and the receipt attached. I can't get a call back from FOS to give me my service records or proof of me calling to get this done.
