Dominic did some work for me and it wasn't that good and I left a terrible review for him but he came back and his guys fixed everything and I got the nicest gutters on the planet they can do a good job when they want to wow I'd use them again ******** ***** my name I left a review and I eat my words

Do not use this company! We had a rain gutter installed and when the guy came out to give us a quote they never once asked us what color we would like or match it to the current ones/house color. The end result being a bright white gutter that does not go with the house. When we called, we spoke to Stacy who said the previous employee had already been fired and she would be sending out color samples so we could get one that matched our house.

Now a month later, they called saying our invoice was overdue, they refuse to send out the color samples and said the color selection was our fault for not verifying. How could we verify something we were never offered? We asked what has changed since our last phone call when you said you would be sending us samples and apologized for a previous employees error? Stacy then stated that it was out of her control and her boss said no.

This company does not care about customer service whatsoever and lacks professionalism in their calls and emails. I highly recommend searching elsewhere for a better company.

Rain Control Aluminum is a great company. We asked for a bid from them and 3 other companies and their bid was a fair price. We decided to go with them on our full home gutter system. They received our acceptance email of the contract and we had our gutters installed fully in 3 business days. The work was done in just a few hours and the work was excellent. We are so happy we did not go with the cheapest bid but went with the best company. Thank you RAIN CONTROL ALUMINUM!!!!
