*********** are great. The initial investment paid to have *** installed saved me from a tremendous amount of pain.Earlier this year I bought a new bike. This was the **** CC type of bike, very fast and a bike people wanted.I woke up on morning in March to notice that my bike was stolen. The notifications went off but I was fast asleep. The incident took place around 3am in the morning. Waking up around 6:30am, thinking it was a joke, I looked out the window and my bike was GONE! My heart was pounding that I was a victim of auto theft.I called *** and they advised me what to do. My heart was pounding because I knew every second mattered. I located the bike down in ********, ******** on the *** app, which was well over an hour away. The *** rep advised me to call the local authorities and they would get started on their end. The *** rep also showed serious concern about the incident and helped me EVERY step of the way when he called back. He even took the time to call and work with the local authorities. He was awesome!!!Needless to say, WITHOUT ***, I would have NEVER recovered my property but with the help of *** and their staff they got the local authorities in the other jurisdiction to recover my bike in a short amount of time right in the EXACT parking spot the idiots covered the bike up with a tarp.I was so impressed that I will now use *** on my bikes.Find IT Now USA, LLC Response
