Per ********, you cannot discuss garage doors without a visit from a “designer “ from their company. I don’t need a designer. Looking for a standard double and a single white impact door It’s not that hard. Looking for a price estimate only. Is it $5000 or $10000 or maybe 20000. Waste of my time and the “ designers”. Have a great day ********.

Hi ****. Thank you for submitting your concerns to Banko Overhead Doors. While it may not be the answer you are looking for, our company policy does not allow quotes to be given over the phone. There are several items that go into giving you a quote for a replacement door; what needs to be done to remove the current door, what type of door is wanted, the finish of that door, the size of the door needed, are there any areas that need work prior to install such as framing. We send a Banko Design Consultant out to ensure all of these items, plus more, are addressed to offer you the best estimate on the work that needs to be done.

Banko Doors displayed total professionalism from beginning to end! Installation was outstanding and I wish I had the gentleman's name to mention. Very efficient. I would definitely recommend Banko to anyone needing a new garage door(s).

Banko customer service is efficient and professional, when I have made the calls for service they get someone out as soon as I need them. The gentlemen that come and service is professional, well mannered, respectful and kind. Always answers my questions without making me feel rushed. I have utilized them over the last 14 years and always am made to be a satisfied customer !!! Thanks for great service, recently they were out a few months apart ! I ordered a hurricane impact garage door and new motor in January however it did take a little longer than the norm due to the Covid year. Once my door had arrived they contacted me for installation. The door was installed within six hours. Very satisfied with his work and new garage door and motor.Review from Doris M
