    We ordered furniture on 10-13-23 and was told it would be there December. So, in January we started calling but we were told some things were on back order. Then they sent us half the order and we waited for the rest, we called every week but finally on 2-23-2024 we received the rest, and we were told we had to pay another delivery fee of $150 dollars to me that was there fault the order was not complete not mine. We discussed this with them but to no avail. I was told I was rude because i called asking where my furniture was and wanted to cancel if they could not deliver it, but they told me there was no cancelations.

    When my furniture arrived the love seat was damaged. The delivery personnel even took pictures and said they'll tell their service department to send a new one. Blockers own return policy states that if within 7 days you're not happy or the furniture is damaged they will replace it. When I called their service department to ensure the delivery personnel inform them, their service department person named *** gave me a hard time. Even though this delivery personnel took pictures she (***) expected me to move a several hundred pound loveseat to take more pictures for her. REALLY? Has she never even read their return guarantee? She then tells me she'll call me back in 10 minutes. 3 and 1/2 hours went by and I finally called back and she says to me "oh I forgot all about it"! She finally (after 20 minutes of giving me excuses about a new one being delivered) relented to saying they will send out a new piece (as their own warranty states) and scheduled it for today (Wednesday Dec 20th). When I called yesterday because I did not hear from them she *again* said, I'm sorry "I forgot all about you". I am now beyond the 7-Day warranty period of returning the furniture. So I now have a damaged piece of furniture, I'm out $11,000 + the 5-year warranty I purchased + the money I've lost because I took today off work because they were supposed to be delivering today. Furniture stores in notorious for having mediocre customer service, however **********************, is some of the most horrendous customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
