Lack of pick-up and delivery options thus outrageous Express Delivery price. This company translated and evaluated all my transcripts from Brazil a few years ago. Now, every time I need official copies, I must order from them and abide their prices. In sum, they do not have any competition in the market. The only way I would be able to obtain a more competitive price for an official copy would be to hire another company to translate and evaluate again, which costs around $400 (four hundred dollars) in my case. My complaint is that they have only an Express Delivery option, which costs $35 for any client. On the other hand, they stopped offering Pick-up and Regular Delivery service. What is going on? Dear ******, I understand you frustration. We stopped out pick up service when COVID forced us to send our employees home and close our office to the public. We still have only essential employees in the office and COVID is still surging. It is not likely that we will be able to offer pick up service again.

Instead we now offer an efile option instead if the evaluation is to be sent directly to an institution. This service is $15 only. Most of our clients do not live near our office to pick up or our hours were not always convenient for those who did; so we find many people prefer the efile option. The file is sent instantly, no shipping delay at all and it's a cheaper option.

We have been offering overnight delivery as our only mailing option since approximately 2013. Having been in business for 16 years we have tried all carriers and mailing options over the year and we have found that FedEx Overnight Mail is the fastest, most reliable and most secure. We know that time is of the essence so we want to provide the fastest option available. Due to our preferred pricing with FedEx, we are able to charge a rate lower than what other companies charge for the same service, we believe this is a benefit to our clients.

If you require paper copies to yourself and anticipate that you will need many copies, some clients will order multiple copies at once. This way you only pay 1 mailing fee and you'll have the copies in your possession when needed.

We provide extra copies to client indefinitely to clients when most NACES members only offer copies up to 1 year after. In your case, your evaluation was completed in 2016 and 5 years later we have maintained your records to allow for these copies. As you stated, clients would need to start the evaluation process over without the option for copies. This is precisely why we make this available.

I regret that our delivery options are not to your liking. We've had to make some changes in order to stay in operation during the worldwide pandemic and the in-person service was the main thing we had to change. We hope that despite this issue that you have otherwise obtained value from our services. We wish you continued success and health.
