I had this company hired, because they work with the solar company together. I had hired them for my new house roof. They screwed screws into the roof of my sunroom to connect it to the new house roof. As a result, I got leaks at every point where you made a hole for the screws. The company said they weren't responsible for the leaks in my sunroom roof, but they drilled the holes in there. The sunroom cost me 32K in 2020. In the end we had to act to protect ourselves from further damage, we invested another 1k to seal the holes ourselves. Furthermore, they had promised to remove the dirt and the roof nails on the solder. They left the pool area dirty and I also now have a roof nail in my riding lawn. They have not compensated me for my damages.

It was noted upon the initial shingle roof inspection on 1/5/22, prior to any of our roof work, that there was an excessive and untidy amount of sealant applied to the sunroom's perimeter (by the sunroom contractor in 2020) which is indicative of a prior issue with some level of water intrusion in the sunroom. This was then confirmed by the homeowner at that same initial inspection (again, prior to any roof work performed by us) with a note in our system from our inspector that stated, "The homeowner says that the sunroom is currently leaking and the guy that did the sunroom doesn't know how to stop the leaking." So as a courtesy and in order to fortify that perimeter and joint where the existing sunroom would meet our new shingle roof, we installed metal flashing with a typical number of fasteners during the roof install. The sunroom's original and seemingly hastily applied sealant by the sunroom's contractor is in proximity to these new fasteners but we gladly asked our tech to revisit and apply sealant to the fasteners per the customer's request. Neither our foreman nor our office noted any further communication from the customer that there was any matter left unresolved.

Regarding cleanliness, it is extremely rare that any area of the job is left unsatisfactory. We would have (and still can upon request and without hesitation) gladly returned to the residence to finalize any cleanliness concerns had the customer communicated such a concern. Each and every home where we perform roof work is cleaned and then swept with magnets in multiple passes ** effort to gather 100% of the thousands of nails that come off with the previous roof's removal. As noted in our roof agreement, a few factors can keep the magnets from getting 100% of the nails (yard height during roof installation, roots, twigs, bedding type, etc.). We do our absolute best to get each and every nail but there is unfortunately a slim chance that a small number of nails may be obstructed from successfully clinging to our magnets. If the customer would like, we will gladly revisit the home to run our magnets again and address any other potential cleanliness concerns that may remain.

Not lowest, but complete quote. Showed up on time, and did a very good job, completing the roof in 2 1/2 days with 5 workers. Workers were polite and diligent. Did good cleanup. Coordination by Southern Pro contact was prompt and very good. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.,
