            Crooks! My daughter was Forced to pay for our car being kept from ** and not released to my daughter. From 11pm-10:30am she was given the run around about a vehicle we both own! First she was told I needed to get the vehicle though both of us are on the title and registration at 11pm at night, then she was told that she couldnt get it at all that evening. After I call that morning they try to play dumb and then they decided to release our car THAT THEY DAMAGED (hood not closing process and now a burning smell) As she has a low profile car and they put it on a dolly instead of a flat bed. Then CHARGED HER ALMOST $300 just to get our car and it HAD TO BE CASH ONLY! When I asked about this (because they treated my daughter like she was just a young girl they could take advantage of) they stated that it was regulated by the state that they can charge for two days as calander though she was trying to get her car that night and denied until the morning for not even 12 hours. After asking **** if I could speak to the owner I was told that the owner retired and he handled matters I then stated I would be contacting the BBB at this point **** apparently found this amused and laughed, so I will make sure I contact the city as well as other forums to warn others of these thieves.

            First time customer and driving a ******** car . Had serious rear brake issues. They replaced both rear rotors and pads , in less than 1 hour , and the van was back on the road. the bill was appr. $ ******. and the brakes are fixed. WOW...thank you Steve White ***********
