    My truck was painted by them. They had my truck for over a month when I went to pick it I told them I was not happy with there work they told me to bring it back when they had time for it I was will to work with and stop payment on the money I paid them. Now that it had been raining everyday my truck is filling up with water and is causing my electrical to short out they told me to get a lawyer that they are not going to fix my truck any more.

    I WAS REFEREED TO THE BUSINESS. I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED MY OWN 02 SENSORS AND HAD INSTALLED ON 2015 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. I WAS TOLD WITHOUT A DIAGNOSTIC I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 02 SENSORS INSTALLED WITHOUT PROPER DAIGNOSTIC. I AGREED TO HAVE DIAGNOSTIC DONE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM FOUND WAS THAT 02 SENSORS WAS NEEDED. AFTER 02 SENSORS INSTALLED WENT TO PICK UP VEHICLE. VEHICLE WAS STILL OPERATING LIKE IT WAS PRIOR TO 02 SENSORS BEING INSTALLED. SO I TOOK VEHICLE BACK IMMEDIATELY. LEFT VEHICLE AT LOCATION TO BE RECHECKED FOR A WEEK , CALLED BUSINESS AFTER NOT HEARING BACK TO BE TOLD THAT MY PARTS INSTALLED WASNT THE CORRECT GM PARTYS AND IT WILL COST NE AN ADDITIONAL $1000 TO HAVE CORRECT GM PARTS INSTALLED. BY THIS TIME I'VE ALREADY SPENT $700 FOR 02 SENSORS AND DIAGNOSTIC. I AGREED TO ADDITIONAL GM PARTS BECAIUSE I WAS TOLD THATS WHAT WAS NEEDED TO FIX MY TRUCK. WELL THAT DIDNT FIX MY TRUCK. AFTER GM PARTS INSTALLED TRUCK STILL OPERATING IN THE SAME MANNER WHEN ORIGINALLY BROUGHT IN FOR SERVICE. TOOK VEHICLE BACK AGAIN. THIS TIME I WAS TOLD I NEEDED AN ADDT $1300 TO HAVE A FUEL PUMP INSTALLED. BY THIS TIME I'VE SPENT $1700 NOT INCLUDING PARTS AND AN ADDITIONAL $300 ON RENTAL CAR. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO VICTORY LANE CHEVROLET. THEY PUT THE VEHICLE ON THE MACHINE FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THEY LATER CALLED ME TO ADVISE ME ALL THE PARTS LOUS AUTOMOTIVE INSTALLED ON MY VEHICLE WAS NOT NEEDED. NEITHER DID I NEED A FUEL PUMP. WHAT I NEED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM IS A CATALYTIC CONVERTER. THEY ADVISED ME THAT LOUS IMPROPERLY DIAGNOST MY VEHICLE. I REACHED OUT TO LOU VIA TEXT AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT A WEEK AGO AND HAS YET TO GET A RESPONSE TO RESOLVE CHARGING ME FOR PARTS /SERVICE THAT I DIDNT NEED AND PROBLEM NEVER FIXED.

    ********************* came in requesting for us to replace 2 of her oxygens sensors.  As noted on original invoice, customer supplied parts which has no warranty. She also informed us that her engine light was on for awhile. ********************* told us she purchased the 0/2 sensors online. Please be aware that we find many online electrical components, do not ************
    specifications. Any bad 0/2 sensors, will increase fuel into the catalytic converter. Catalytic converters are designed to control pollution by burning excess fuel before escaping through the tail pipe into the ozone.  Yes, we scanned the car the only codes that came up were for  bad 0/2 sensors. At no point in time did we receive a 420 code, 420 code is insufficient catalytic converter flow. I also acknowledge that she text me in reference to this matter, I unfortunately got sick for a little more than two weeks unable to reach out to her. I truly apologize for that. I believe this has been an ongoing situation, with her emissions.  This will unfortunately, create a problem with the catalytic converters finally going bad due to over exertion of unburnt fuel igniting in to the catalytic converters.
