we purchased a car in january 2024 the cars are inspected before being sold from what i have been told several times. i have tried to contact someone over the past 3 1/2 weeks and no one is willing to help. we noticed a coil spring was half way off and we were told to take it to *** so we did and they fixed it then they said i needed an alignment and as a courtesy they did that as well and we were told the rotors are warped. they will not fix the rotors as we bought this car from ferman and ferman will not fix them either. so basically we were sold a car with 3 big things wrong with it we were able to get *** to fix 2 of those and have been in contact with service managers and reps promising calls back and a solution and we are heading into march and no one will correct the issue. it is obvious that the car was never inspected and someone dropped the ball.i would like the car to be brought in for a full point inspection that was never done and i would like my rotors to be fixed asap. i am paying over 30k for a vehicle i have a 90 day warranty and extended warranty and no one is willing to correct the issue.

Oh were to start. The service department is a class by itself. Nobody want to listen nobody want to look at document about information that was done with another mechanic to honor an manufacture warranty. Will go above and beyond just to say it not what so and so is saying because the codes does not come up as this issue. Really? You are going to tell me that codes are everything and it will tell you all the issue about what is going on with the vehicle. Wrong. It took a lot of back and forth with the service advisor and service advisor manager to finally get my point across to say everything I needed to say to the mechanic who was working on my car. I came here few years back for similar issue after being at another mechanic about an problem and told me exactly what the issue was but Ferman's service department just does not want to listen or ask question just act like they are an know it all. But with all being said an done they end up saying oh yeah you got another major issue now, which made me believe 2 things: 1. they hustled me out of an **** good car & 2: they just wanted the money. I asked several time to see my car before I made my decision on selling or taking it home as is but nobody wanted to bring the car to me and one service advisor stated that i need to pay my bill before he can bring me my car even just to look at it. Another issue, I ended up trading my car in but ending up paying more than what I needed to pay because the advertised price was not the price they presented to me and I did not find out until after the fact. They ran my credit without asking me along with talking to me with the financial department (I ended up with the financial manger). I did not get to see my opinion on financial institutions, would have gotten an better deal if he would have waited to sit down with me first. Also he forgot to give me all my needed paper then had the nerve to call me back after complaining & said he gave me everything. Ferman is not the place to be
