It's been nearly 3 years since I had my new HVAC units replaced by Pure Air. The installation went very smooth with highly experienced installers. They are truly technicians not salesmen driving trucks. They examined my old unit ,explained the problems and suggested a replacement. great value for the price. The 3 year maintenance program gives you peace of mind that your unit is working properly. Today I extended my maintenance agreement with Pure Air. Every 6 months the scheduler called me to set up a visit. I look forward to more great preventive maintenance . A company that earns and keeps customer trust.Review from Sibylle Z

I had my new a/c installed 3 years ago and have opted for annual prepaid service. Everything works like a charm. *****, the most recent technician who performed a semi-annual maintenance, arrived on time and completed his tasks thoroughly. Office staff is also very helpful and accommodating with scheduling. Overall very happy customer.Review from Richard C

I have been with Pure Sir for over 6 years and they have never let me down with their capabilities.The office staff is professional and very helpful and their techs are well trained and efficient.I purchased a Trane A/C system from them and ***** one of their managers came to my condo to make sure the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new went as planned.The tech that serviced my unit on 12/26/23 arrived on time and my unit now runs great.I rate Pure Sir a 5 out of 5 stars.******************************* ******Review from James K

Pure Air did an outstanding job! Their employees and office staff are extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the entire new HVAC system installation. We would highly recommend them. Our *************** representative, Novie Tocoo, was excellent as well.Review from Joe H

We had been customers of Conditioned Air for 25 + years and needed to replace our two systems immediately...we had Lennox systems for five years..continuing problems, etc....neighbors had similar problems and recommended Pure Air/ Trane....we called them and they responded with all new Trane equipment installed within five days....Sales Manager Michael E. visited, explained options and was most knowledgeable about the entire process....installation crew led by AJ was dependable, answered any questions and left our house and garage spotless ..Highly recommend Pure Air ....solid company and competent installers....
