Excellent customer service from start to finish. I love all my new windows! Can't beat the price too. They measured incorrectly for two of my 20 windows, so they had to reorder those and come back to finish the job. But they did not ask for payment until all 20 windows were completed. They took care to cover surfaces and to clean up afterwards. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.Review from FJ R

From start to finish, dealing with American Home Center was a pleasure! They were professional, diligent and responsive. We are in a condo in Alexandria with 14 windows + patio door. AHC answered our many questions quickly and revised our proposal a few times without missing a beat. They were transparent about all costs and options up front. Their product line and most importantly for us, the energy-efficiency ratings on their windows were top notch. Compared to other two bids we obtained, their energy ratings and price could not be beat... by a large margin! The install crew were professional, efficient, friendly and clean. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure there was no debris of any kind left inside or out. We expected to have to vacuum or sweep after they left but there was no need and the windows were polished inside and out. We whole-heartedly recommend them and couldn't be more pleased. We had 15 double-hung windows replaced in our house yesterday. The result is beautiful. The window quality is excellent, the installation was professional, the company is very easy to contact and to work with. We are delighted. The simple, straight-forward, no-pressure estimation and pricing are remarkable. The installation team were skilled, efficient, pleasant and hard-working. They cleaned up everything before they left. American Home Center was recommended by a friend and neighbor. We replaced our patio door. The prices are great and the service very good. Not only was the price great, but the ability to get a solid quote online, followed up by really good service made our experience exceptional. Install crew was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend American Home Center! We identified a number of windows that needed replacement, received timely quotes for two varieties. Best price of all we contacted. Short trip to the showroom - and it was clear we made the right choice. Worked with Robert to confirm the contract when he came onsite and measured. Windows were manufactured to specification and arrived in the weeks promised. The installation crew was spectacular! They staged the six windows and patio door and worked in teams to ensure all was installed correctly and finished with precision. When we're ready to replace other windows - AHC has the measurements ready to go!Review from CL A

We have used AHC for all of our window replacements. This is the only company that [was able to] also wrapped the wood trim around the windows as part of the installation, which has been GREAT! We recently had AHC replace our builder grade atrium doors. Yes, the doors are expensive, but they are of premium quality and the installers did an excellent job -- cleaning up rotted wood under the threshold, replacing the threshold, and again, wrapping the wood trim around the doorway. The team as always been very good with communication, keeping us up to date on delivery/installation status. Very pleased.

American Home Center delivered as promised. They were professional, knowledgeable, and our new windows look beautiful inside and out. The work was done by a great crew who took care to protect the interior of our home and completely cleaned up the area when finished. We love our new windows and plan to replace the remaining windows in our home next year using American Home Center.Review from Nancy B

Just had my 13 windows replaced by American Home Center (Beltsville, MD) & cannot rave enough about the entire experience. The crew of 5, lead by Antonio, was stellar in professionalism from beginning to end!! Beginning with initial contract post home walk thru with Robert..after first call with so knowledgeable, Joy...cannot speak highly enough about this company!!
