I went to this place literally Saturday. Was attended by a tech named Mary, don’t get me wrong she is very sweet. I always get dip powder and since my car was at the valet wash I decided to use their service since it was convenient. Right off the bat the technique used for the dip powder was weird, but I didn’t say much since she was a tech I went along with it. I left at 2:30pm since she was done to go get my car. 3 hours later I notice small divots in the powder all over my nails. I call that same day 5:30pm to let them know. Honestly I should have just stuck with my regular place but I wanted to get 1/2 a refund cause I didn’t want the tech to not be paid at all. I spoke to a young lady not to sound off but she did not have an accent. She offered to fix it but I didn’t want the same issue to happen then I have to come back again and all that. She said that is fine to come in on Monday she will leave a note so they can see and issue the partial refund. I come in on Monday as instructed and ‘Cindy’ (the name she gave me, she is the tech with a Louie Vuitton phone case slightly ombré long dark hair ) said they don’t due refunds I said I spoke to someone and neglected again. She said I had to comeback tomorrow when the manager Kim was here. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1- it’s not like I asked for a whole refund, nor did I sign or are there signs specify so. 2- The person I spoke to on Saturday clearly did not do anything pertaining this issue. Please don’t waste your money here cause I should have read the reviews prior. They DO NOT know how to use powder and for that matter gel it seems given the previous reviews as well. Update: so there is no Kim Manager LOL! So now there is apparently Alex and Stephanny, ‘Alex’ the one I spoke said to call tomorrow when Stephanny was there because he was closing yet they close at 8pm? This is interesting...... so Shoutout to Cindy for the wrong information... this place is sketch. I’ll keep y’all updated..
