I had a similar incident to the previous reviewer just two days ago! my biggest concern was that they had my "social security number", as well as all of my credit card account information including my account numbers/security codes and exact balance amounts for each account! I spoke with several people, each one leading to the next person to tempt me into allowing them to negotiate my credit card debts (consolidation) over a one year period before I'd have to pay a minimum of 50% of the balance I originally owed. plus, not to forget a "legal attorney fee" of $3280.00, which would be billed to one of my credit cards, but I would not be responsible for paying once final consolidation was settled! it all sounded too good to be true and more than likely was. but still the BIGGEST concern I had was the fact that they had my "SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER"!!! I'm moving forward to see how this happened and how I can prevent anyone else from doing the same thing and STEALING MY IDENTITY!!!Review from Elise C

They tried to scam me into debt consolidation by a scam call about one of my credit card accounts which turned out to be untrue. The first call transferred me to them. The agent did not tell me what their product was. Had my credit card numbers. I filled a fraud report with FTC. Had to cancel four of my cards, get a new debit card. Their agent lied about everything and told me I would have change banks. As a 78 year old woman this was upsetting that they are trying to scam elderly people. No A+ rating for them ply.
